To reset you account password, first begin by identifying what account you are needing reset.
- Old STARS Account- This allows you access to old STARS reports and access to the new Nova Reports page.
- To reset go to this link: https://starspass.ped.state.nm.us/GetStarsPassword/
- If you do not receive an email please submit a ticket: https://nmnova.freshdesk.com/en/support/home
- SSO Application - This application can be used to view Validation Dashboard, access the Unique ID system, Data Adjustment Dashboard, and see the Nova Reports Link. For more information see SSO Application Launcher Guidance Document
